Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to things like weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs procedures — but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number and instructions to help you follow its journey.
If a package can’t be delivered because of an incorrect address or reasons beyond our control, we’ll contact you to try and fix it.
If we’re unable to reach you or resolve the issue in time, the package may be returned to us. In that case, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Send us a few photos and your invoice, and we’ll take care of it quickly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
If your package goes missing, we’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to locate it. If it can’t be found within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll gladly replace or refund your order.
